The fact that any organization, subject of course to meeting the Manufacturer's standards, can now become a fully approved service centre for that manufacturer, including the ability to carry out warranty work, presents both opportunities and threats to the current franchised dealer network. It certainly affords the fleet operator and the driver with a much wider choice of servicing locations within a specific area, and enables the Fleet Operator to be much more pro-active in directing business into their preferred partners. It also allows dealers to increase their workshop business by securing service approval from additional manufacturers as well as being able to attract some of that re-directed work.</p> <p align=justify>Fleet Assist work with their Network Partners to protect their current footfall business and proactively channel additional work to them. This is achieved by identifying SMR spend which does not go through the network and, via state of the art service booking facilities, re-directing that business to the supporting Network Agents.</p> <p align=justify>Fleet Assist anticipate being able to grow network members business by between 10% and 30% (depending on area and franchises covered) via such activity. Dealers who join the Fleet Assist network initially and who take positive action to grow should see a substantial increase in their relevant business volumes.</p> <p align=justify><b>Account Management</b></p> <p align=justify>Both our leasing and service agent partners benefit from our account management services. For leasing companies, not only do we provide resource dedicated to the negotiation of trading terms, in addition we provide a team of full time Network Managers who will oversee the quality aspects of the service provision and work channelling activities. Fleet Assist will enhance their relationships with the network and enable meaningful initiatives to be undertaken where appropriate. From the service agent perspective the Network Manager presents a single point of contact through which they can communicate with all Fleet Assist members thus simplifying the communication lines and reducing the direct and indirect costs of administering a large number of small accounts.</p> <p align=justify><b>Smooth Processes</b></p> <p align=justify>By integrating our processes into the epyx 1link Service Network, we have introduced some very efficient procedures. Because all Fleet Assist leasing company members will be transacting their SMR business via 1link, our service agent partners can supply a wider number of customers using the same terms and conditions and utilising common, efficient protocols. On-line negotiation enables service reception to spend less telephone time seeking authorisation and once the authorisation is agreed it is fixed by both parties. Providing no subsequent changes take place this means 0% invoice rejections.</p> <p align=justify><b>Automatic Payment</b></p> <p align=justify>Our customers are required to pay on approved terms if they want to use our network. Additionally they will be paying automatically according to the terms you agree with Fleet Assist. That means automated payments, no cheques and fast, prompt cash in the bank.</p> <p align=justify><b>Procurement Services</b></p> <p align=justify>Network garages are now able to benefit from a number of services to help reduce costs.
