Fleet Assist provides an in-house service booking facility to the majority of its customers, enabling them to direct work to member garages within the Fleet Assist network.
The whole philosophy behind this service is to put the vehicle into the most appropriate and cost effective garage for the work required. Fleet Assist has designed its own system, which allows customers to define detailed work direction policies. This results in a very effective work booking facilities ensuring the majority of work is directed to network garages. Each job has a full audit trail which includes copies of all communications with the garage and the driver. To help us provide this service calls may be recorded for monitoring and training purposes.
Sophisticated MI enables customers to either look at summaries or drill right down to individual transactions to establish trends and behaviours. Where permissible Fleet Assist also surveys drivers and is proactive in managing the drivers’ responses. Action is taken to respond to drivers’ observations which are also fully reported in the monthly MI suite.
In addition Fleet Assist also works very closely with other third party service booking providers retained by some of our customers for the purpose of service booking.
