Vincent St Claire Managing Director
Vincent has over 25 years experience in the automotive sector, particularly in the leasing, fleet management, daily rental and insurance sectors. His most recent appointments have been as Managing Director of Arval one of the UK's largest leasing and fleet management companies, Operations Director at easyCar and Commercial Director of Rental Services at the AA.
To date he has been responsible for bringing innovation to the industry and has a strong track of operational, supplier management and developing long term customer partnerships.
Carl Blott Finance Director
Carl joined Fleet Assist in 2018 after 8 years at Tusker where he had been head of finance and head of business transformation. During his 25 years in the industry Carl has also worked for a number of other companies including Lex Autolease and Pendragon.
Responsible for all aspects of the finance team’s performance and the company’s financial reporting, Carl manages the rental administration function leveraging his strong process and funding / credit under writing experience.
Karen Ewer Head of Business Development
Karen joined Fleet Assist in January 2011 from Leaseplan where she worked in Customer Services and Purchasing. Prior to this Karen worked as a Marketing Manager within Ford where she was responsible for a team of 5 offering support to the Rental network. She has over 15 years’ experience in Customer Service which is invaluable to her role.
Karen’s primary role is to provide support and assistance to our customers, working with them to improve penetration into the Fleet Assist network and advising on efficiencies and cost savings.
As a mother of two boys, Karen spends most of her spare time with her family.
Chris Crow Head of Network Services
A qualified accountant and economist, Chris has been in the industry for over 20 years with roles including General Manager at Lex Vehicle Leasing, Head of Commercial Operations at Lloyds TSB Autolease, Risk Director at Hitachi Capital and Chief Editor at CAP Automotive.
Outside of work Chris volunteers for two local charities, tinkers with his classic car and keeps fit by exercising his beloved dog.
Les Kerjenski Chief Technology Officer
Les has over 30 years of global IT leadership experience across a variety of organisations including blue-chip, charity and SME.
He is a collaborative digital transformation, stabilisation and growth leader who specialises in helping businesses effectively formulate and execute IT excellence across infrastructure, application development, support and service.
Mike Johnston Business Development Manager
Mike has over 30 years’ experience in the Automotive industry. He has held senior sales roles with National Car Rental and Europcar and has been a member of the BVRLA Rental committee.
Mike has extensive account management experience in the Contract Hire and Leasing sector. His responsibilities include delivering cost saving initiatives to our customer base and the acquisition of new business for the company.
In his spare time Mike is a keen golfer striving for continuous improvement.
Daniel St Claire Business Development Manager
Daniel has over 14 years experience within the automotive sector, most recently working at Alphabet (GB) Limited (part of the BMW Group) where he was responsible for the CarSharing & eMobility products.
Daniel has a wealth of knowledge within the Fleet Leasing, CarSharing, eMobility and Daily Rental market, with a strong track record of operational and sales delivery and developing long term customer/supplier partnerships.
Mark Davies Network Development Manager - North
Mark joined Fleet Assist in August 2010 from the Pendragon Group where he held the role of Service Manager for one of the largest Ford sites in the group.
With over 20 years experience in the automotive / fleet industry Mark initially started as a mechanic. He has more recently held a held a number of senior management positions in franchised dealerships and with vehicle manufacturers responsible for service maintenance and repair of vehicles.
Mark is responsible for the Network in the northern territory.
Roger Minton Network Development Manager - South
Roger joined Fleet Assist in January 2020 from a busy independent garage in London where he held the role of General Manager for the past 12 years.
With over 30 years’ experience in the automotive / fleet industry Roger initially started as a mechanic. He has more recently held a held a number of management positions in both franchised and independent dealerships responsible for service maintenance and repair of vehicles.
Roger is responsible for the Network in the southern territory.
